Only what you enter in our enquiry, interest, and careers forms — typically your name, work email, optional phone, organisation and its type, the topic or role of interest, and any message you add. We run no third-party advertising trackers. Please do not submit confidential or citizen data through website forms.
To respond to your enquiry and route the right first conversation. We do not add you to mailing lists automatically, and we do not sell personal data.
We process what you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on a form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and we delete it on request.
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may raise a grievance. Write to proposal@aigrama.in — we respond to every request.
